House Rules and Terms:

  • Check In time 12.30 noon
  • Check out time 10.30 am
  • Pool access 10 am to 8 Pm, The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times
  • Breakfast timing 8 Am to 10.30
  • Lunch time 1 Pm to 2.30
  • Dinner time 8 Pm to 10.30 PM
  • No access to Pool after consuming alcohol at anytime
  • Consent letter to be signed by adults to Pool access
  • ID proof compulsory for Check-In, As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports
  • COVID protocols to be followed by every guest
  • Neighborhood obligations : 
    1. Along with maintaining decorum at your Host accommodation, you are also expected to act responsibly in the neighborhood. Do not indulge in any activity that will cause trouble for your Host
    2. Do not enter in any kind of physical or verbal abuse in the neighborhood. If there is any issue that needs attention, take your Host’s help in resolving it or inform the local police.
  • Adhering to house rules : 

Your Host has a set of rules listed with their accommodation listing that you should check before make a booking. Once you book an accommodation, it is understood that you have agreed to follow the house rules. As a responsible Guest, you are expected to:

    1. Refrain from flouting house rules so that you have a pleasant experience with your Host.
    2. Not indulge in substance abuse during your stay at a Host accommodation.
    3. Even if your Host allows you to smoke or drink, dispose of the leftover carefully with their guidance.
    4. Not bring any guests who you have not booked for, to the accommodation for stay.
    5. Ask the Host directly if you have doubts about anything, or you are not sure.
    6. Inform the Host in advance about your eating arrangements, if you have availed of meal services and opt to eat out anytime.
    7. Inform your Host beforehand if you intend to spend the night outside the accommodation as it might worry them. If they find you missing, they might inform the local police station out of worry. Rather than going through this ordeal, it is better to inform.
    8. We Indian do not encourage consumption of pork/beef in our house even if we are ok with meat/fish/eggs.
  • Maintaining Hygiene : 
    1. This villa is our are homestays and B&B’s which, unlike larger hotels, do not have a huge housekeeping staff. So, it is your responsibility to maintain hygiene at the accommodation.
    2. Do not litter in your room or common areas. Acquaint yourself with the proper disposal methods.
    3. Take instructions from your Host family if you intend to wash your own laundry or ask them for help to find out a reliable laundry place.
  • Our Villa is NOT PETS Friendly.
  • Using Villa amenities : 
    1. Before booking an accommodation, take a look at the amenities provided by the Villa at the site. Make sure you use them wisely and leave them in working condition.
    2. When using Host amenities like water and electricity, make sure you use them wisely not just for monetary constraints but also for environmental concerns. Don’t leave taps running or appliances switched on when you don’t need them.
    3. When using amenities like electrical appliances, ask caretaker for directions of use if you are not sure.
    4. If you are staying in a shared room or a private room, check what common facilities you have access to like the kitchen, living room, dining area, etc.
    5. In a homestay especially, whilst staying with the Host and/or his family, be sure to check what kitchen provisions you can have access to and what you need to pay for.
  • Reviews : Do not forget to share your experience with by putting up a review about your Host and your overall experience.
  • Smoking within the rooms is prohibited.
  • Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
  • Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
  • We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
  • Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
  • Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
  • As the name suggests, the home is enveloped with greenery. Thus, you might spot some insects in your room.
  • About the Locality : Window shop some souvenirs, daily fresh veggies at the local markets, Vikramgad Market on Wednesday.
  • Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
